A Safe Space

for Women Recovering from

Narcissistic Abuse.

You’ve spent years walking on eggshells, trying to keep the peace, trying to be enough. On the outside, you look strong, capable, in control. But inside, you’re tired — tired of questioning yourself, tired of carrying the weight of everyone else’s needs.

There’s a quiet ache that never quite leaves, a sense that somewhere along the way, you lost touch with who you really are. You crave peace, safety, and a life that finally feels like your own. But after so much gaslighting and self-doubt, it’s hard to know where to begin.

Somewhere deep down, you can feel it — that gentle pull toward truth, toward freedom, toward the woman you were always meant to be.

This is where things can finally change.

You’re not alone in feeling this way. So many women who’ve lived through narcissistic abuse reach a point where the weight of keeping the peace and holding everything together becomes too heavy. It doesn’t mean you’ve failed, it means you’ve been surviving in an environment that asked you to abandon yourself to be loved.

What you’re feeling now — the exhaustion, the confusion, the longing for something real — isn’t weakness. It’s your truth rising to the surface, asking to be heard.

There is another way forward, one built on safety, self-trust, and gentleness. You don’t have to keep performing or proving. You can slow down, breathe, and begin to come home to the woman you were always meant to be.

Hi, I'm Romy. Founder of HerWithin.

I know what it’s like to lose yourself in the constant doing, showing up for everyone else while quietly wondering when it will ever feel like enough. For years, I lived in that space of burnout and self-doubt, shaped by a lifetime of trying to earn love and approval in relationships that left me questioning my worth. I believed that if I just worked harder, I’d finally feel whole. Instead, I only felt more disconnected from who I really was.

My healing began when I stopped running from myself and started listening instead. I’ve been in therapy since I was sixteen, continually doing the inner work to break free from old patterns and rebuild a relationship with myself. Through years of therapy, mindfulness, and deep self-reflection, I learned how to heal from the inside out and begin recovering from the effects of narcissistic abuse.

That experience changed everything and inspired me to create Her Within, a space for women to reconnect with their worth, truth, and power.

I don’t come to this work as someone who has it all figured out, but as someone who has walked through the same fog and found a gentler way forward. What I share now comes from lived experience, study, and a deep belief that you are not broken, you are becoming.

Here is how I can support you.

Inside Her Within, everything begins with gentleness.

This isn’t a space for fixing or forcing, but for remembering who you are beneath the layers of self-doubt and survival. The work we do together is slow, intentional, and rooted in compassion. Through guided reflections, gentle practices, and supportive conversations, you’ll begin to rebuild trust with yourself and create a sense of safety within.

Each step is small, but every one of them matters. Healing isn’t about becoming someone new, it’s about coming home to the woman you’ve always been.

More About Me

A few things that make me, me:

I believe in slow mornings, deep conversations, and the kind of laughter that makes your cheeks ache. I’m all for women owning their magic, celebrating their growth, and creating lives that feel like them. I care deeply about honesty, kindness, and doing business with heart.

I’m not here for hustle culture, comparison traps, or pretending everything’s perfect. I believe success can be soft, powerful, and full of joy, and that we rise higher when we cheer each other on.

I’m vegetarian and a huge dog lover. My Border Collie, Balu, is my constant reminder to slow down and enjoy the simple things. Long walks with him in nature are my favourite form of meditation.
